Vendors are invited to apply as a Selling Vendor, Activity Vendor, or as a Non Profit Vendor. All Vendors are required to have kid friendly activities/music/treats, etc

Everything from ice cream, story time, a concert to free activities, giveaways, sensory bins, and bounce houses will be permitted but ALL must be Pre-approved by Sophie & Madigan’s Playground to prior to acceptance to set up

Author Readings, Performances and Musicians should fill out this application and leave any comments or notes they feel are important for our decision making process, feel free to email us at chrissi @ sophieandmadigansplayground.com(no spaces) with any videos, additional information

Non Profit Partnerships are encouraged, we just ask that you share us on all social media platforms, any upcoming events, and engage kids with a free activity. You will receive an email if you application and activity is accepted

All selling vendors are asked to donate a minimum of 10% sales or a flat fee of $50 ~ Selling Vendors are responsible for any and all City of Frederick permits, and documentation will need to be provided prior to set up.

All funds raised will benefit Sophie & Madigan’s Playground.
